Based on the circumstances of each project, other kinds of fee arrangements may be addressed.
Proposals:
Based on your request, cost proposals can be completed once a specific project scope has been identified. Estimating and pricing here at C.J.L is a regular feature. Proposals should be written simply and in a short, thorough way. If you are looking into a specific project or a possible visit to the site, please call me (pre-bid meetings, etc.) A cost proposal can be created for a new project based on a discussion with you or the client to determine the work's project scope.
